Stabilization of the President Street Station

In 1991, Mr. Lees provided historic architecture consulting services to the (then) Baltimore Development Corporation, to advise them during their efforts to stabilize the surviving headhouse of the Philadelphia, Wilmington, and Baltimore Railroad, which was the disembarking point for the Massachussetts Troops involved with the April, 1861 Baltimore riot.
