With the installation of the stairs and railings last fall, the Elevator Addition I designed on Linden Avenue in Suffolk, VA, was completed, and the elevator is now conveying the Owner’s sister to her new home\/second floor apartment directly above her. Owner and sister are both benefiting from convenient access to new second floor porch, where sunsets and happy hour are\u00a0now being enjoyed above the Suffolk rooftops. When Owner’s partner had knee replacement surgery this spring, that new elevator came in pretty handy.<\/p>\n
